The lodge was a home from home and provided a great base for exploring the area. We'll come back in the summer and try out the kayaks on the lake!

The lodges were very peaceful and private and although none of the lodges look over the lake, you are only a couple of minutes walk away from it. There is a grassy area in front of the lodges so it was easy to keep an eye on the kids whilst they played.

This site was the best we have stayed on. Very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Excellent for cycling and walking on your door step and lake was lovely. Truly a holiday to unwind from everyday life.

Super for families with children as they is a great lake, a fab childrens train, lots of ducks to feed and boats and places to run around. Also a fab hot tub!

I would recommend this holiday for a couple wanting to get away from it all. It was beautiful and a lovely view of the lake which you could take a long walk around.

Fabulous location for Alton Towers and many other Staffordshire/Derbyshire activities. The lodge is very well equipped, with an added bonus of the hot tub (enjoyed by adults & kids alike throughout our stay). Not only is the lodge well equipped, the quality of the furnishings far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely come back again.

Great relaxing location with hot tub! Near to Alton Towers with with all the excitement of the rides, it's great to go back to home comforts in the evenings.

This park has great accomadation which is both spacious & clean and in a wonderfull location. We found it so quiet and peaceful and the hot tub is a great way to relax.

The standard of the lodge was excellent, and great thought went into ensuring all your creature comforts were catered for. Great views from the lodge and a good location for walking.

The cabin was beautiful, furnished to a high standard. There is a lot to do in the nearby area, nice and peacful and we ended up having a great holiday!
